This hotel, located in the heart of the city, exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly welcoming and their service was top-notch. the luxurious room provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need, including a seasonal indoor pool and a sun terrace. the elegant restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks.

Other than that, everything was fantastic.

The location here is fantastic, within walking distance to most attractions, only one from Dragon City Plaza, and very close to the airport, making it perfect for a city trip.

We enjoyed the hotel's Chinese restaurant and how it was conveniently located near various shopping malls. We also appreciated the wide selection of restaurants around the hotel. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with modern facilities, such as a gym and pool, available for use.

The breakfast selection was not replenished regularly, resulting in many missing items.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the location was convenient for accessing nearby parks and attractions. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of local and international dishes.

The staff lacked basic hospitality skills and were unhelpful. Language barriers made communication difficult.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and always made sure that my needs were met. The hotel's Chinese restaurant located on the third floor is a must-try! The dimsum is hands down the best I have ever eaten. The hotel was always clean and had a pleasant smell throughout. I also found the location to be really convenient, as it is located in close proximity to various shopping malls in this city.

Nothing not too like.

The spacious and clean room at this hotel was definitely a plus, as was the friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the comfortable amenities in the room along with the stunning view we got from our window. It was also nice to know that the hotel was located near a park, offering a peaceful and serene environment.

On the other hand, the customer service at this hotel was quite poor. We experienced a long wait and confusion during check-in, as well as communication struggles with staff due to the language barrier.
